When it comes to designing public spaces, we always try to think widely about the end user, to make sure people of all ages, genders and ethnicity will feel welcome. This fresh space provides a relaxed atmosphere for its users in the midst of all the noise excpected in the rush hours of the day.
This notary challenged us to design modern look of the offices by using fresh colors. The offices are divided in three groups: first is the public office with the reception desk, the second is the chief notary office with inner link and door to the meeting room and the third group consists the kitchenette and toilets.
The furniture is completely costume made in mdf according our design drawings. The dimensions of the desks and bookcases are adequate to the office stationaries and notary books as well as the storage papers they archive.

Lightning solutions are also one of the issues that are the most important for this kind of spaces. Basic lights in addition to ambience light points derive optimal working conditions for the employees as well as for the visitors.
​
The joy of the space directly affected the successful managing of the office in every aspect on satisfaction of all the users.
